Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026. This is a beta-stage draft — it will be reviewed by counsel before any public launch and before any paid subscription goes live.
1. Beta status
EzSchoola is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may have downtime or bugs. We'll do our best to give notice before anything that affects your school's data or access, but availability isn't guaranteed at this stage.
2. Who can use this
EzSchoola is intended for use by school staff (administrators, principals, teachers, admissions officers) acting on behalf of an enrolled school, and by parents/guardians of students at that school. Access is granted by your school's administration.
3. School responsibilities
A school using EzSchoola is responsible for the accuracy of the data its staff enter, for managing which staff have access, and for obtaining any consents required under applicable law (including from parents/guardians) before entering student data.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use EzSchoola to store or share data you don't have the right to, attempt to access another school's or another user's data outside your assigned role, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
5. AI features
AI-generated content (daily briefs, at-risk flags, coaching suggestions, drafted messages) is a starting point, not a substitute for a staff member's own judgment. Review AI output before acting on it or sending it to a parent.
6. Payments
During the beta, any "payment" flows shown in the product may be running on a mock provider for demonstration purposes and won't move real money unless explicitly stated otherwise. Real billing terms will be provided before any live payment integration goes active for your school.
